In standard 1-on-1 random video chat sessions, your live video stream, audio feed, and real-time text chat are transmitted directly between you and your matched partner using peer-to-peer (P2P) connections whenever possible.

When network firewalls require relay assistance, encrypted TURN/STUN servers securely route the packets without inspecting or storing the media payloads.

2. Information We Collect

We believe in minimal data collection to foster anonymous, free social communication:

• Technical Metadata: Masked IP address (used strictly for geo-routing and abuse prevention), browser user-agent, operating system, and connection speed diagnostics.
• Voluntary Account Credentials: If you elect to create an optional VIP account, we store your chosen screen alias, encrypted password hash, and validated contact email.

Access to your webcam and microphone requires your explicit consent through your web browser's native permissions dialogue. You maintain absolute control over these hardware features:

• You may revoke camera or microphone permissions at any moment in your browser settings.
• You can mute your audio or deactivate your camera toggle during an ongoing call while keeping text communication active.
• Bazoocam never turns on your recording equipment in the background or outside an active session screen.

4. Real-Time AI Moderation & Abuse Prevention

To maintain a secure environment free of harassment, non-consensual imagery, and prohibited bots, our systems utilize client-side and edge-based computer vision filters. These automated models inspect periodic keyframes strictly to detect guideline infractions (such as automated spam loops or unauthorized commercial broadcasting).

Keyframes that do not trigger security flags are purged in volatile memory within fractions of a second. Flagged streams are routed to 24/7 human safety personnel for immediate verification and device banning.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Service Providers

Bazoocam strictly adheres to the principle of not selling your personal data to marketing brokers. Data is disclosed only under the following limited circumstances:
